Maybe I just have a thing for Object-Heads in sweater-vests.
I think I'll call him Semptie, a weird rendition of "SMPTE" the "Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers", mostly because SMPTE are the people who make the colored bars you see on a TV screen when it's testing! The test pattern itself is called "Engineering Guideline EG 1-1990". Cool, yeah?
